I just wanted to congratulate Kiernan and the cast and crew of "Mad Men", because the show received 19 Emmy nominations this year! How amazing is that?! The winners will be announced later this year, on September 18th. If you want to see the whole list of nominees, click here.

I almost feel like it's rude to call Kiernan Shipka a "child actor" since her astoundingly mature performance as Sally Draper on AMC's "Mad Men" implies that science has actually cloned and shrunk Meryl Streep down to resemble an 11-year-old.

Season four was another banner year for Kiernan since it was anything but for Sally -- her rebellious nature reached a new level thanks to a questionable friendship, while the character dabbled in some unexpectedly adult, and slightly controversial, behavior. But the one constant throughout was an amazing, Emmy-worthy performance from Kiernan!

PopWrap: What did you think of season four?
Kiernan Shipka: I thought season four was amazing for Sally. It was big, it was bold, it was very dramatic [laughs]. She went on this wild rollercoaster ride every week. I never knew what was coming next and that made it so much fun to film. It's a really unique show and nothing like it is out there anywhere.

PW: What would you call Sally's best episode?
Kiernan: I thought “Beautiful Girls” was a great episode for Sally. When she fell, it was just that point of sadness where she knew nothing would be ok. That was a really big moment for her. But I have a couple of other favorite moments: like when Sally cut her hair in episode 5 … I loved that. It was her first big episode of the season. Then, working with Martin Weiner [creator Matthew Weiner’s son], who plays Glen Bishop, I had about two or three episodes with him this year, and I love filming with him. I hope we see more Glen next year. I don’t know how it would work if the Frances/Draper household really moves. I don’t know how things are going to turn out, but it would be so much fun.

You're going to love this. The Coveteur, a magazine, visited Kiernan at her Los Angeles home. There, they took some amazing photos of Kiernan and some of her dresses, accessories, and more! And under each photo, you can see what Kier had to say about that particular piece of clothing. You get to learn so much about Kiernan and her style! For example, I had absolutely no idea she had designed a dress! The dress is fantastic, she should totally wear it at an event!

There’s a first for everything, and today, The Coveteur is proud to announce that Kiernan Shipka, Mad Men’s Sally Draper, graciously let us play voyeurs into her Los Angeles abode. And as another first, she's the youngest subject to be Coveteured. Like the elegant lady that she already is (we can’t wait to see the progress her career will take in ten years), Shipka danced on pointe, showed us her feminine frocks, and wooed us with stories about our favorite advertising agency from the 1950’s. An organizational girlie girl by habit, Shipka’s closet is artfully arranged by clothing type…and by season.
